Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the PetVive mobile game ("the app", "we", "us") collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run the game and keep your progress safe.

Information we collect

• Anonymous account. On first launch we create an anonymous account identified by a randomly generated ID stored on your device. No name, phone number or address is required to play.
• Game progress. Your pets, their names, in-game coins and gems, and how far you've progressed — so your game is saved and can be restored.
• Device & technical info. Platform (iOS/Android), app version, OS version, device model, language and time zone — used for compatibility, support and basic analytics.
• Optional sign-in. If you choose to link a sign-in (e.g. Firebase Authentication), we store the resulting account identifier so you can restore progress across devices. This is optional.
• Email. Only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g. for support). We do not require an email to play.

How we use information

• To provide and save your gameplay and in-game currency.
• To understand usage and improve the game (aggregate, non-identifying analytics via Google Firebase Analytics).
• To process in-app purchases and, where offered, rewarded ads. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• To provide customer support and prevent abuse/fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that help us run the game — for example Google Firebase (analytics) and the app stores (Apple, Google) for purchases — and only as needed to provide those services.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your game data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period.

Children

PetVive is a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect more personal information than described above. If you believe a child has provided information you'd like removed, contact us and we will address it.
