Welcome to PetVive ("the game", "we", "us"). By downloading or playing PetVive you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The game & your account

PetVive is a mobile game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. When you first play, we create an anonymous account to save your progress (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the device you use to play.

2. Virtual items & purchases

• The game includes virtual items such as coins, gems and pets. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions.
• Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the game, not sold, and may change or be discontinued as the game evolves.

3. Advertising

The game may show optional rewarded advertisements. Watching them is your choice and grants in-game rewards.

4. Fair play

Please don't cheat, tamper with the game, use unauthorized third-party software, or attempt to disrupt our services or other players. We may limit or close accounts that do.

5. Content & ownership

All game content — art, characters, names, code and design — belongs to PetVive and is protected by law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it without permission.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the game running smoothly but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
